You will develop comprehensive testing strategies, leveraging your expertise to enhance quality processes and methodologies throughout the application lifecycle. By applying your business and functional knowledge, you will define and implement key metrics that effectively manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, ultimately driving quality and efficiency in the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate the development and implementation of testing strategies that align with project goals. - Mentor and guide junior quality engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform testing strategies. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
