The role (JD)
- Quality Audit for AMS engagements.
- Experience with AMS engagements
- Oversee the audit process for applications and service delivery
- Establish audit criteria and ensure alignment with client expectations and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with other teams (development, operations, support) to ensure quality metrics are adhered to.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and internal quality processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for identified issues and propose corrective actions.
- Report audit results to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
