QC Analyst

Job Description:

The QC Analyst will be based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will report to the Director, Asset Management.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Tracking and monitoring all development processes and tasks on a single dashboard and digitize asset data and manage multiple sites on a powerful GIS platform.
• Run terrain analysis functions (hydrology, levelling and grading) measure volumes & manage SWPPP.
• Utilize drone data analytics for terrain analysis and construction monitoring.
• Tracking of construction progress on a color-coded sitemap and adding layers to monitor construction elements such as mounting structures, modules, inverters, trackers.
• Ensure Quality Control and punch list resolution detects hotspots, evaluates energy loss, schedules maintenance, tract defects over time.
• Differentiate hotspot types using our Al- based algorithms that process drone-based infrared (IR) images.
• Automatically identify defect locations on a system model and assign string module numbers to defects and temperature difference of defects.
• Checking and monitoring the availability of stock in holding stores and kiting the products according to various Departments.
• Able to operate CNC & VMC and can change or set the operational parameters & Tolerances.
• Supported Seniors of Production Control Department.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience in analysis of GIS Datasets.
• Experience in image processing activities.
