Job Role :

We are looking for a QA Engineer (Salesforce) with around 3 years of hands-on experience in testing Salesforce-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong functional testing skills, deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, data model, schema, and relationships, and exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, nCino, and Agentic AI-driven Salesforce features. This role involves validating complex business processes, data integrations, AI-driven workflows, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce implementations.
Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls.

Desired Skills and Knowledge

Salesforce Knowledge :

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA / Testing.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, data model, schema, and relationships.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce configurations and declarative automation.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud concepts and testing approaches.
• Experience working with nCino implementations.
• Exposure to Agentic AI / AI-driven Salesforce features is highly desirable.

QA & Testing Skills :

• Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Experience in functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing.
• Ability to write clear, detailed test cases and test scenarios.
• Strong defect management and reporting skills.

Must Have :

• Salesforce certifications – Associate, admin and others

• Bachelor’s or MS degree in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent experience.

Location: Hyderabad, Hybrid - 3 Days from Office
