Job Description :

As a QA Engineer II, you will be working with the Agile team in QA and leading the team wherever it is required. Your role will be involved in creating the Test Strategies and Test plans. Developing and maintaining the QA Automation frameworks. You will be working with the respective QA team members in bringing the best and standard practices in QA. 

Key Responsibilities :

• Minimum 8+ years experience in software quality assurance (Manual and Automation) testing, through a full system development life cycle.
• Minimum 8 years experience in different testing environments like System/Regression/ Smoke/UAT Testing and STLC phase.
• Experience with Agile methodology and the ability to recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement.
• Minimum 6+ years experience in automation testing, analyzing needs, creating / maintaining frameworks, and test suites to meet testing demands in a high paced environment.
• Working experience in developing Automation framework and maintaining it.
• Experience in Build tools - (TestNG/Gradle), Version controlling tools (preferred GIT), developing and maintaining CI/CD tools preferred (Jenkins and Harness).
• Should have experience working in Business - UAT testing and post production deployment verifications during the Go live/production deployments.
• Experience working in performance/load testing.
• Sound knowledge/experience in AWS/GCP cloud tool testing in both Manual and Automation.

Key Requirements:

• Analyze requirements and design, build and execute test cases to assure the quality of the application under test.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams parallelly.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and clearly document the issues.
• Must have the ability and desire to quickly learn new skills and technologies.
• Manage and track regression automation test cases in our test management tool JIRA.
• Provide detailed status reports on regular basis.
• Develop and execute modular / E2E automated test suite & solutions using new / existing automation tools / frameworks.
• Previous working experience in Commercial Business Data is a plus.
• Ability to work independently or as a team player, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interact with a diverse group of technologists and business team members.
• Coordinate and work with globally distributed teams.
