About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in both automation and manual testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, a quality-first mindset, and a curiosity for leveraging Agentic AI tools to drive productivity and efficiency.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — developers, product managers, and engineering managers — to ensure that quality is built into every step of the software development lifecycle.
Your Day to Day
As a QA Automation Engineer you would be working on
Comprehensive Quality Assurance Expertise: We are looking for individuals with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automated software testing, skilled in developing and executing comprehensive test plans across web, API, and backend systems.
Advanced Automation & Coding Skills: Proficiency in designing and maintaining automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium WebDriver or Playwright, coupled with strong coding skills in Python, Java, or a comparable language, is essential. Experience with backend automation for .NET applications and CI/CD integration is also key.
Innovative AI-Driven Productivity: A strong curiosity and experience in leveraging Agentic AI or similar Generative AI tools to significantly enhance productivity in test case generation, debugging, and overall QA efficiency is highly valued.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse product, development, and engineering teams, communicate testing insights clearly, and champion a "Quality First" culture throughout the software development lifecycle is crucial.
Proactive Quality Ownership: A commitment to owning software quality, including driving continuous process improvements, participating in defect triage and root cause analysis, and ensuring overall platform stability and reliability.

Comprehensive Software Testing Experience: 3 to 5 years of strong hands-on expertise in both manual and automated software testing.
Proficiency in Automation Frameworks: Demonstrated skill with leading automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver or Playwright is essential.
Robust Coding Skills: Strong programming abilities in languages like Python, Java, or a comparable alternative are required.
Backend Automation Expertise: Experience in building or maintaining backend automation frameworks, particularly for .NET applications, is a key asset.
Innovation with AI Tools: A desire and experience in utilizing AI-based productivity tools to enhance testing, documentation, or workflow improvements is highly valued.
