We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Backend Engineer to join our dynamic development team. Candidate with strong profi ciency in Python, and a proven track record of developing robust APIs using Flask. In this role, you will collaborate closely with front-end developers to design and implement seamless APIs for our applications, ensuring effi ciency, scalability, and reliability. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Flask to support front-end applications.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable using Flask.

- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and debug backend systems, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
3. Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and frontend developers, to deliver features.
- Use Git for version control, ensuring collaboration within the team.
- Participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
4. Database Management
- Design and optimize database schemas.
- Write queries and manage interactions with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL,) and NoSQL databases.
5. Documentation
- Maintain technical documentation for code, libraries, and APIs.
- Provide clear notes and instructions in the form of comments in the code for future maintenance and updates.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Flask.
- Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git.

- Experience with Node.js is a plus.
