AlgoSec’s Delivery Department is seeking a customer-facing Project Manager to join its APAC Project Management team.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading enterprise customer deployments from presales through go-live and stabilization, ensuring successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and achievement of initial business value. The role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, risk management, and cross-functional leadership across customers, partners, and internal AlgoSec teams.

Responsibilities
- Own the overall project lifecycle and customer experience, ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and achievement of agreed project objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Accountable for projects from presales engagement and scope definition through deployment, go-live, stabilization, and transition to Customer Success.
- Assist Sales and Solution Engineering teams during presales activities, including scope definition, effort estimation, assumptions, risks, and Statement of Work (SoW) development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, project teams, and technical teams.
- Lead project governance activities, including status meetings, steering committees, executive reviews, and project reporting.
- Manage interactions between customers, partners, and internal AlgoSec teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional project teams including Delivery Engineers, Solution Engineers, Support, Product Management, Customer Success, and partners.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, scope changes, and customer concerns.
- Drive timely resolution of project issues and coordinate escalation management when required.
- Ensure customers achieve agreed deployment milestones and initial business value during the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate smooth handover and transition to Customer Success and Account teams following project completion.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, budget utilization, and commercial considerations throughout the engagement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, project templates, tools, and best practices.
- Leverage project management tools, automation, and AI capabilities to improve delivery efficiency and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing customer-facing technology projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including large-scale and complex enterprise deployments.
- Strong experience working with enterprise customers, partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders, steering committees, and customer escalations.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage scope, change requests, project profitability, and customer expectations.
- Experience working within cybersecurity, networking, cloud security, or enterprise IT environments.
- Firewall administration, network security, or cybersecurity operations experience is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks early.
- Highly proactive, accountable, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrix-managed environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and “can-do” approach.
- Team player with high integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Additional APAC language skills are an advantage.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region (approximately 10-15%).
- Flexible working hours and willingness to support customers across multiple APAC time zones, including ANZ when required.
