We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager in AI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-related projects, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and meet client expectations. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive project success through effective management and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from conception to deployment.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional team efforts and ensure communication between project members.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and report on status to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions and foster collaboration among team members.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams.
- Stay updated on AI industry trends and advancements to drive innovation in projects.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on AI or machine learning projects.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, methodologies, and technologies.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in the AI industry or relevant domain is preferred.
