5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure SOWs and financial documentation comply with internal finance policies and procurement guidelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit and financial governance purposes.
  • Track contract expiration dates and renewal timelines.
  • Improve tracking workflows using tools like:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Automate reporting where possible.
  • A simple SOW template
