As an Integration Support Professional at Accurate, you will drive Accurate’s future growth engine by assisting Accurate’s Onboarding Team and clients through the onboarding/integration process and turning them into happy users. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure clients and Accurate are positioned for short- and long-term success.

This Role Is for You If:
· You have an in-depth understanding of integrated solutions using different methods of communication (i.e., API’s, periodic files, etc.).
· You have worked with cross-functional teams to problem solve and provide ideal solutions to achieve client objectives.
· You thrive on the urgency and importance of working with our clients and are capable of independently triaging reported issues/bugs related to their integrated solution and leading the effort to resolve.
· You want to actively increase a client’s overall satisfaction with their integrated solution and help Accurate understand the benefits of client requested changes/improvements.

· You are capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations with internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will triage client reported issues in relation to their ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or API integrations. Additionally, you will assist clients and the Accurate Onboarding Team in integration configuration and testing, as well as answer open client questions in relation to integrations, provide clarification on solutions, etc.
- Act as an initial point of contact for all client reported integration issues or concerns through ticketing system.
- Triage/troubleshoot reported issues and either offer potential solutions OR escalate accordingly.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding resolution of reported issues.
- Understand client integration requirements and system capabilities and be able to translate accordingly.
- Work closely with client and ATS representatives to identify account setup and integration requirements.
- Work closely with Onboarding to properly configure clients for specific integrations, taking into account any client specific initiatives/requirements.
- Provide support for integration testing
Qualifications:
- A familiarity with integrated API solutions and ability to explain technical solutions to clients.
- Ability to understand complex requirements and unique solutions.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills combined with a commitment and proven ability to succeed within a fast-paced organization.
- Strong overall interpersonal skills and a history exceeding client expectations.
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
- Self-Starter, ability to work independently and get things done.
- Basic knowledge of XML and JSON required.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience with related tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, etc., a plus.
- Background Screening experience a plus.
