YOUR IMPACT

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between our product development and our customers. With 3+ years of experience, you’ve mastered the fundamentals of messaging and product launches and are ready to own the go-to-market (GTM) execution for key features and product lines.  You will help create and communicate our vision and value proposition, working collaboratively across the company. You will be the "voice of the customer," translating technical features into stories that sell. 

  • Product Launch Ownership: Lead the planning and execution of product launches for new features, ensuring internal readiness and external impact.
  • Sales Enablement: Create high-quality sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, one-pagers,, and demo scripts.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear positioning and messaging that differentiate our product in a crowded market.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Track competitor moves and create regular updates to help the sales team win in head-to-head deals.
  • Customer & Market Research: Conduct surveys and user interviews to synthesize actionable insights that inform the product roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with Product Managers, Sales, and Demand Gen teams to align on launch timelines and campaign goals.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in product marketing, preferably within the B2B, enterprise software and/or SaaS/cloud environments, and ready to hit the ground running by sharing and implementing best practices on day one.
  • Execution Focus: A proven track record of supporting or leading multi-channel product launches. You’ve been through the launch "war room" more than a few times.
  • Strategic and analytical: Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts into simple, persuasive messaging.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry: experience with IT and line of business decision-makers, buyers and influencers
  • Communication skills: Demonstrated portfolio of delivering impactful content spanning customer and sales facing deliverables
  • Writing skills: Ability to produce own messaging and content as well as collaborate with marketing services to design collateral, such as customer-facing decks, sales training presentations, solutions briefs, videos etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP products a plus
