Who You Are:
We’re seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Coordinator passionate about all aspects of product marketing, including refining and optimizing marketing workflows; coordinating operational elements of Webinars and marketing communities; as well as supporting cross-team and cross-department initiatives. This role will serve as a critical component of a variety of Product Marketing initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitoring and fostering engagement across the Content Army community
- Logistical tracking and coordination to ensure Content Army participants are paid on-time and metrics are tracked
- Product Marketing event coordination for Town Halls, Developer Council meetings, and other webinar events
- Managing various phases of marketing projects and campaigns including online events, drip campaigns, event details pages, and feedback collection
- Building in-app marketing experiences with Pendo
What You'll Bring:
- A deep and broad understanding of the HighLevel platform
- An understanding and enthusiasm for all aspects of marketing
- An obsession with organization and the ability to independently execute
- Ability to visualize issues from the perspective of our customers
- Ability to manage projects within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate clearly with exceptional written and collaboration skills
- At least one year of experience using HighLevel products and services
- At least one year of marketing experience
- At least one year of experience managing projects
- Experience with project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, etc.
- Experience with general marketing tools/software (Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, Pendo, Google Analytics, GA4 etc.)
