Why Techdome?
Projects rarely fail because of bad code. They fail when scope drifts, handoffs get dropped, or no one speaks up early enough. At Techdome, where engineers, designers, and domain experts build products across industries with AI at the core, the Product Manager is the person who keeps that from happening.
Guide projects from the first scoping call to launch, on time, within budget, and tied to outcomes clients care about. You’ll work on classic software builds as well as LLM-powered products, chatbots, AI agents, and automation.
- Plan with purpose: Set scope, goals, milestones, timelines, and budgets that are ambitious yet technically realistic.
- Keep teams in sync: Coordinate UI/UX, frontend, backend, mobile, QA, DevOps, and business analysis for smooth handoffs.
- Bring AI to production: Take LLM integrations, chatbots, and agents from idea to live product alongside engineers and ML specialists.
- Learn the client’s world: Turn industry rules and compliance needs into clear, buildable requirements.
- Manage people and vendors: Allocate resources and oversee third-party contracts, expectations, and performance.
- Control change and risk: Run structured change control and flag technical, delivery, and AI-specific risks early.
- Report honestly: Track progress in JIRA or Azure DevOps and keep leadership and clients informed.
- Work smarter: Maintain clear documentation and use AI tools to speed up planning and reporting.
What You Bring
- 3+ years as a Product Manager delivering complex software projects on time and on budget.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, DevOps).
- Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall, plus JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Asana.
- Solid grasp of the SDLC, APIs, microservices, databases, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD, enough to challenge estimates with confidence.
- Hands-on AI/ML or GenAI experience, including the AI lifecycle and its risks: privacy, bias, hallucinations, and cost.
- Exposure to multiple domains (FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, EdTech, Logistics, SaaS) and the ability to learn new ones fast.
- Strong risk, change, vendor, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, or an AI/cloud certification.
- Deep expertise in a specific industry.
- Ownership of technically demanding, AI-driven projects across industries.
- Work with experienced designers, engineers, QA, and AI specialists, with a real say in how projects run.
