We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Professional, ideally with Product Management experience, to drive the strategy, development, and commercialization of our professional solutions. This role is pivotal in understanding customer needs, translating them into innovative products, and ensuring successful market adoption.

About the Role:

  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and research, to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.

  • Conduct thorough market research and customer engagement to identify unmet needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on strategic objectives and customer feedback.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Contribute to the strategic planning process, ensuring product roadmaps align with overall business goals.

  • Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal stakeholders and external audiences.

  • Act as a tax subject matter expert for the product portfolio, providing guidance and support to various teams.

About You:

  • Broad and in-depth experience of UK Corporation Tax return preparation ideally gained while working in practice.

  • Experience in product management, preferably within a professional services or software environment, is desirable but not essential.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and foster effective customer engagement.

  • Exceptional group problem-solving skills and the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

  • Excellent multitasking abilities with a track record of managing competing priorities effectively.

  • Knowledge of product development methodologies and practices.

  • Strong researching skills to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings.

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and execute strategic initiatives.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
