As a Product Manager at Enterpret, you will play a pivotal role in driving the product function, creating innovative solutions that leverage AI to transform the way businesses understand their customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement the product vision and roadmap, balancing new features with continuous improvements.
  • Spearhead the integration of AI technologies into product development to enhance product features and user experience.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, ensuring successful outcomes and monitoring key product metrics.
  • Conduct regular user research to identify pain points, gather feedback, and stay attuned to market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Convert customer insights into clear feature specifications, user stories, and actionable development plans.
  • Regularly evaluate and refine existing features, enhancing or eliminating those that do not add substantial value Find new avenues to elevate users’ experience by continuously leveraging the advancements in AI.
  • Contribute to maintaining a cohesive product roadmap aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Establish and track key product metrics, identify areas for improvement, and strategize feature iterations.
  • Work closely with engineering, ML, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product execution.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Design, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with deep-tech B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with AI-related products, voice of customer tools, or natural language processing is a plus.
