Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Break down complex requirements into actionable tasks and create detailed development plans, fostering clarity and efficiency in project execution.
  • Write user stories and create and maintain epics in Jira, ensuring comprehensive documentation of project scope and objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams, including defining endpoints, payloads, and API specifications, to ensure alignment with product vision and technical standards.
  • Drive end-to-end software delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases through effective project management and coordination.
  • Collaborate with designers to create wireframes and prototypes, facilitating a seamless transition from concept to implementation.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including API documentation, architecture diagrams, and release notes, to support ongoing development and future iterations.
  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the product development process, implementing best practices and identifying areas for optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership, providing transparency and enabling informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product management or a related role within a software product development company.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly agile practices.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation, including API specifications, architecture diagrams, and wireframes.
  • Ability to break down complex requirements and provide accurate development details.
  • Proven track record of driving end-to-end software delivery and meeting project deadlines.
  • Ability to think and act strategically, with strong cross-functional management capabilities.
  • Ability to conduct market research to understand customer needs.
  • Strong data analytics capabilities and ability to understand a product portfolio P&L.
  • Experienced with customer meetings and presentations to large groups.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization, with virtual and multi-locational teams, and cross-cultural environments.
  • Ability to learn, articulate, and support complex products and technologies.
  • Excellent presentation skills to all levels of audience.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, etc).
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Swagger, Postman, Confluence, Figma, Miro etc.
