As a Principal Software Developer you will work in a R&D team and will collaborate to build world class products that make a difference to people’s lives.
The primary responsibilities of this job include:
- Expert in one product; Advance technical expertise and influence.
- Lead and drive the design and implementation of critical systems.
- Should be an expert level coder with ability to write very high-quality code and with very high level of efficiency.
- Mentor and provide guidance to engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
- Architect and implement scalable and secure solutions.
- Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Champion best practices for system reliability, scalability, and security.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of experience in building solutions
- Expert in designing and architecting solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Node, Mongo DB, MySQL DB, AWS. Knowledge in React is nice to have
- Good knowledge on security, scalability and performance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to co-ordinate across teams
- Excellent debugging skills
- Experience working in Agile teams.
