Role Overview:
As a Principal Product Manager, you will own the strategic vision, development, and execution of our gaming products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including game designers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers—to deliver top-tier gaming experiences that maximize player retention, monetization, and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
· Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the long-term vision for A23 Rummy & A23 Poker, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
· End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-release optimization.
· Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics, user feedback, and A/B testing to prioritize product features and enhance player experience.
· Monetization & Retention: Develop and implement innovative monetization strategies, loyalty programs, and in-game mechanics to maximize revenue.
· Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with game designers, developers, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous product improvement.
· Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze competitor strategies, and identify opportunities for differentiation.
· Live Operations & Feature Optimization: Drive feature releases, run live operations, and iterate on gameplay mechanics based on player behavior insights.
· Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a product evangelist, articulating product vision and roadmaps to leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
Qualifications & Experience:
✅ 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record in online gaming, real-money gaming (RMG), or mobile gaming.
✅ Experience with game monetization strategies, live operations, and user retention mechanics.
✅ Strong understanding of game design principles, engagement loops, and player psychology.
✅ Deep expertise in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and user analytics.
✅ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience managing cross-functional teams.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
✅ Passion for gaming and a player-first mindset.
