The Egg, a Google Premier Partner, is on the lookout for Power BI Developers to join our talented and growing team of international digital experts focused on Performance Marketing and Paid Media.
As part of our team, you will specialize in working with digital multi-channel marketing data spanning search, social, and display across global markets. This is not only an opportunity to grow in the area of data science, business intelligence, automation, data engineering or application development but also an avenue to work on exciting projects for top international brands.

Successful candidates will have a chance to work with an innovative team on exciting regional and global client projects for top international brands. They will gain an advanced understanding and master across search and social media data such as Google, Microsoft Ads (Bing), YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

• 4+ years of experience in analysis, design, development of report / dashboard, and data model using Power BI
• Extensive use of DAX in building the Power BI reports/dashboards
• Effective communication and interpretation skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work with large data sets and extract valuable insights.
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git, specifically SourceTree.
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience developing and maintaining systems that manage substantial amounts of data.
• Monitor and optimize application performance.
• Relevant experience of business intelligence tools such as Power BI/Tableau,
• Relevant Microsoft certification on Power BI (e.g. PL-300) required
• Strong experience in developing visualization reports and Dashboards using BI tool.
• Should have good analytical and project management skills with an innovative mindset and ability to think conceptually.
• A dedicated individual who has the drive to constantly learn and come up with new ideas to integrate and solve issues and train team on best practices.
• Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
• Excellent time management skills required including the ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

• Experience in Power BI reports / data model fine tuning activities.
• Design and develop automation processes using Python to improve the efficiency of reporting and data analysis.
• Understand business requirements in BI context of data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights and design visualizations.
• Hands-on experience of DAX is mandatory
• Hands-on experience in SQL is mandatory.
• Be a subject matter expert and a consultant by understanding customer business case.
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using BI tool.
• Design, develop, evaluate, and deploy BI scripts and perform detailed analytics.
• Effectively manage issues and risks that arise during the lifecycle of the project.
• Engage in cross team collaboration to provide insights from existing analytical platforms.
• Responsible for design methodology and project management and documentation.
• Expertise in using advance calculations on the data set and integrate with Python/R.
