Sauce is looking for a Toast POS Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration and troubleshooting of Toast POS systems for our restaurant partners. You’ll work closely with internal teams, product managers, and R&D to optimize POS connectivity and provide expert-level support for both our customers and internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on role where technical problem-solving, API integrations, and knowledge-sharing will be key to success.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot & Support: Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and supporting Toast POS and other restaurant POS systems, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving any integration issues.
- API & Webhook Management: Work with APIs, webhooks, and payment processors to maintain and enhance connectivity between Toast and Sauce’s platform.
- Training & Documentation: Train internal teams on POS workflows, troubleshooting methods, and configuration best practices to enhance efficiency and problem resolution.
- System Optimization: Maintain and optimize documentation related to POS connectivity and integrations to improve product performance.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Provide deep expertise in Toast integration, collaborating with product, engineering, and R&D teams to improve features and enhance the user experience.
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience working at Toast or directly with Toast POS systems.
- 1-2 years of experience working on integrations between Toast and external services.
- Strong understanding of POS system workflows, APIs, and payment processing integrations.
- Availability and willingness to work US business hours (EST or PST preferred).
- Professional-level English proficiency to collaborate effectively with global teams.
