Personal Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

Perceptive Analytics is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to assist the CEO of the company based out of Hyderabad. The candidate should have strong communication skills (including good English and writing skills), experience in coordinating sales, and finance activities. Should be very organized and have the capabilities to follow through activities to closure.

Responsibilities (training will be provided):

• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders 
  
• Some finance related activities like checking petty cash
  
• Administrative tasks
  
• Sales related activities like putting together basic proposals
  
• Marketing related activities
  

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  
• Prioritizing and organizing activities
  
• Exceptional organization and time-management skills
  
• Execution and coordination with internal and external stakeholders 
  
• Good computing skills (including MS office)
  

Qualification:

• Proven 2 - 5 years of working as a personal assistant. 
  
• Any graduate degree
  
• Has to Provide references
  

Preferred location: Hyderabad
