We are seeking a highly skilled and
data-driven Performance Marketing Assistant Manager to plan, execute, and
optimize digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and
other paid media platforms. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with
performance marketing, comfortable working with analytics and tracking tools,
and capable of translating insights into actions that improve ROI, lead
quality, and overall business growth.
· Plan, launch, and manage
performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms to
achieve CPL/CPA and ROI targets.
· Continuously optimize campaigns
through audience refinement, bidding strategies, creative testing, and funnel
improvements.
· Set up and maintain conversion
tracking, pixels, UTMs, and goal measurement to ensure accurate performance
attribution.
· Design and run A/B tests (ad
copies, audiences, landing pages) and present findings with clear
recommendations.
· Collect, organize, and analyze
campaign-level and channel-level data to identify trends, gaps, and growth
opportunities.
· Build and maintain performance
dashboards/reports to share weekly and monthly results with stakeholders.
· Track and report on key metrics
such as impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, and funnel drop-offs
using tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Tag Manager.
· Translate data into actionable
insights to improve efficiency and scale.
· Assist in planning and
distributing monthly/quarterly digital marketing budgets across channels based
on goals and historical performance.
· Monitor daily spends to ensure
alignment with budgets and pacing plans.
· Recommend reallocation of
budgets across campaigns/channels to maximize business outcomes.
· Conduct regular competitor and
keyword/ad creative benchmarking to identify whitespace and new opportunities.
· Stay current on platform
updates, new ad formats, targeting capabilities, and industry best practices in
performance marketing.
· Share learnings and POVs with
the wider marketing team for continuous improvement.
· Work closely with content,
design, product, and sales teams to ensure ad messaging, landing pages, and
lead flows are aligned.
· Provide feedback
on landing page performance and partner with teams to improve conversion rates
RequirementsQualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in
Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of hands-on
experience in performance/digital marketing managing paid campaigns across
Google and Meta; exposure to programmatic/Bing is a plus.
· Strong analytical mindset with
the ability to read data, spot trends, and make decisions quickly.
· Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta
Ads Manager, Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, and basic tracking concepts.
· Experience with lead-gen
funnels (preferred for real estate/high-value categories).
· Excellent communication and
stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work in a
fast-paced, results-oriented environment with ownership of KPIs.
