About the Role
We are looking for a people-first Operations Manager to lead our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will be the cultural anchor and operational backbone of our regional team—responsible for creating a high-performance, positive workplace while overseeing day-to-day operations, HR, administration, legal coordination, and IT support.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader who balances empathy with accountability; someone the team trusts and follows, while ensuring the business operates efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
People & Culture
- Culture & Engagement: Build and maintain a strong, positive, and inclusive team culture aligned with company values. Organize team events, recognition programs, and initiatives that make the office a great place to work.
- Employee Wellbeing: Act as the primary point of contact for employee wellbeing, engagement, and workplace issues.
- HR Operations: Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, attendance tracking, policy implementation, performance support, and employee relations.
Governance & Administration
- HR & Compliance: Coordinate HR matters, compliance, contracts, and statutory requirements with internal and external advisors.
- Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, facilities management, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- IT & Asset Management: Ensure smooth IT operations, asset allocation/tracking, security compliance, and seamless coordination with our technical teams.
Operational Excellence
- Accountability: Drive operational excellence, accountability, and continuous process improvement across the Hyderabad office.
- Escalation Management: Proactively identify and resolve workplace bottlenecks before they impact delivery or morale.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in operations, HR, administration, or office management, preferably within a fast-growing technology company.
- Leadership: Strong people management skills with a demonstrated ability to earn trust, respect, and followership from a diverse team.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Execution: Solid understanding of HR practices, vendor management, and corporate compliance frameworks.
- Mindset: A highly organized self-starter who genuinely cares about people but doesn't shy away from maintaining high professional standards.
