Operations Manager – US Pre-Sales Support

Shift: Night time (U.S. Hours – 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST)**

About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Operations Manager – ( US Pre-Sales Support ) to assist our U.S. sales and dealer teams in managing project updates, communication, and coordination across departments.
This role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and ownership — you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every deal is updated, every rep is informed, and every customer’s project keeps progressing smoothly.
You’ll work closely with dealers, brokers, and internal teams to deliver accurate information, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain a seamless sales-to-operations flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Support U.S. sales reps, dealers, and brokers by tracking deals and providing accurate project updates.
- Communicate daily with sales partners to collect missing information, confirm next steps, and maintain accountability.
- Monitor the CRM pipeline (Insight / Ascent) to ensure all project stages are progressing and properly documented.
- Update CRM records, notes, and timelines consistently and accurately.
- Follow up with internal operations, design, permitting, and funding teams to move deals forward.
- Handle basic sales escalations by providing clear updates and managing expectations.
- Communicate proactively with sales reps or dealers if any delays or requirements arise.
- Collaborate with the Sales Support Manager to ensure communication standards and response times are maintained.
- Participate in daily or weekly sales syncs to share updates and resolve open items.
- Ensure all post-sale handoffs to operations are completed without errors.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service (solar or U.S. process experience preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal (U.S.-facing role).
- Confident on calls and comfortable speaking with dealers, brokers, and sales reps.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability — able to handle multiple deals and updates simultaneously.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (Insightly, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and Google Workspace.
- Good understanding of sales and project pipelines.
- Calm, professional, and responsive under pressure.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and dependable — takes initiative rather than waiting for direction.

- 100% of deals tracked and updated in CRM.
- Zero delays caused by missing or incorrect sales information.
- All sales updates communicated to reps within set timelines.
- Improved handoff speed from sales to operations.
