North Point Technology is hiring Operations / Infrastructure Analysts to support a global deployment of Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) systems across manufacturing environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on Linux professional who can provision compute environments, deploy software stacks, and maintain stable operations across multiple production sites.
Responsibilities:- Provision, configure, and maintain Linux-based compute environments supporting AMR systems across global manufacturing locations
- Install and support AMR software stacks in production environments, ensuring system stability and performance
- Perform system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting across distributed infrastructure
- Support deployment activities across multiple sites in North America and Europe
- Develop and maintain standardized documentation for system configurations, processes, and operational procedures
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure reliable system performance in live manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Linux system administration or infrastructure operations
- Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or similar Linux distributions
- Experience with server provisioning, system configuration, and operational support
- Ability to troubleshoot system-level issues in production environments
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience supporting manufacturing, robotics, or warehouse environments
- Experience working with distributed systems across multiple locations
- Exposure to automation tools or scripting for system administration
