About the Role
Operations generalist owning lead-response, pipeline hygiene, and cross-team execution so interested prospects move to booked calls fast.
What You’ll Do:
Work across lead management and outreach operations
Keep inboxes and LinkedIn messages organized and up to date
Log and maintain accurate data in Ashby to track campaign performance
Convert interested leads into booked meetings through Ashby
Coordinate follow-ups and maintain clean lead records
Import weekly reports, update campaign tags, and share performance metrics
Who You Are / Must-Haves:
2–4 years in operations or product ops
Excellent organization and clear communication
Solutions-first mindset; you spot and resolve issues quickly
Proactive and always willing to learn
