About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Operational Accounting Associate

In this role, you will:

  • Perform investor reporting activities related to investors
  • Provide operational support to internal business groups or operations departments to ensure that accounts are being managed within the investor reporting policy requirements
  • Prepare and review wire transfers and monthly investor reports
  • Perform deal maintenance duties
  • Evaluate the investor reporting controls
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Train and mentor new joiners and be a SPOC in HYD location for the team

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of Investor Reporting experience and overall 4-5 years of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate domain
  • Thorough knowledge of Freddie Mac investors
  • Knowledge of navigation on Strategy application will be a plus
  • Display ability to understand various nuances of account balancing, wire remittances
  • Display a keen eye for detail.

Shift: 2.30 pm - 11.30 pm
