About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Operational Accounting Associate
In this role, you will:
- Perform investor reporting activities related to investors
- Provide operational support to internal business groups or operations departments to ensure that accounts are being managed within the investor reporting policy requirements
- Prepare and review wire transfers and monthly investor reports
- Perform deal maintenance duties
- Evaluate the investor reporting controls
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Train and mentor new joiners and be a SPOC in HYD location for the team
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of Investor Reporting experience and overall 4-5 years of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience
Desired Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate domain
- Thorough knowledge of Freddie Mac investors
- Knowledge of navigation on Strategy application will be a plus
- Display ability to understand various nuances of account balancing, wire remittances
- Display a keen eye for detail.
Shift: 2.30 pm - 11.30 pm
