Smartbridge is looking for a Power BI Developer to develop interactive dashboards and reports that enable business intelligence and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience working with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
Responsibilities:- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create DAX measures and Power Query transformations for optimized data modeling.
- Perform ETL operations using SQL, Power Query, and data connectors.
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and other data security measures.
- Collaborate with business users to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Power BI Desktop & Service (Dashboard & Report development).
- DAX & Power Query (M Language).
- SQL Server, Azure Synapse, or other relational databases for ETL.
- Data modeling (star schema, performance optimization in Power BI).
- Experience with Power Automate integration (preferred).
- Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Microsoft Power BI certification preferred.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Healthcare, or Food & Beverage is a plus.
- 100% remote role – must be available for the second shift to overlap with the US team until Noon CST.
- 6-month probation period before full-time confirmation. If certification is not already held, it must be completed during probation.
- 45-60 minute TestGorilla assessment, including:
- Intro Video Section – Candidate introduction & motivation.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Scenario-based questions.
- Technical Test – Covering SQL, Power BI-related questions, and possible coding.
