Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities – NetSuite LeadMinimum 6+ years of experience with NetSuite (4–5 years in a similar role preferred).
Must possess NetSuite certifications.
Strong Suite Script expertise required.
Proven client-facing skills—must be comfortable conducting multiple daily video calls with clients based in the USA and Middle East.
Deep understanding and passion for SDLC best practices and experience with DevOps tools.
Demonstrated interest in continuous learning; should be willing to pursue additional certifications alongside regular responsibilities.
Flexible to work beyond standard hours (Noon to 9 PM IST) to accommodate client-facing calls as needed.
Passionate about improving and optimizing client NetSuite systems through consulting and customization.
Must be available to work from the Delhi office 3–4 days per week, managing an in-office team of 5 within a larger team of 12.
Should demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively lead and mentor a team of 5.
