Business Analyst Job Description
Position Overview
The Business Analyst position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, within the Business Operations department. This position is designed to drive strategic initiatives, optimize organizational processes, and facilitate data-driven decision-making across multiple departments, including Sales, Human Resources, Procurement, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead all aspects of manpower planning, including developing budgets and tracking recruitment activities to ensure organizational staffing needs are met efficiently.
· Analyze the performance of retailers and channels by preparing and sharing detailed reports, such as DRCP and Retail Audit, to provide actionable insights and support sales objectives.
· Support the company's digitization and automation efforts by leveraging tools such as Salesforce and Power BI to enhance operational efficiency and data accessibility.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business initiatives and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders involved.
Skills and Competencies
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling effective evaluation of business processes and identification of improvement opportunities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Salesforce and Power Apps, allowing for effective data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
· Excellent communication skills and the capability to manage relationships with various stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
· Minimum of three years’ experience in business analysis or strategic planning roles.
· Prior experience in the manufacturing or distribution sectors is preferred.
