We are seeking an Test Automation Engineer to join our team with a strong background in web and mobile automation along with Manual testing with a knack for ensuring the highest quality automated testing. Experience with automated testing in the Selenium/ Appium/Cypress framework using Javascript/Typescript and a passion for delivering flawless user experiences and help us build exceptional applications for our users.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium/ Appium/Cypress framework for Web/Mobile Automation + Manual Automation
- Utilize your expertise in JavaScript and Java to create efficient and effective automated test scripts.
- Identify and document test cases, create test plans, and execute test scenarios to validate app functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues within the application and test suite, and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices for test automation are followed.
- Continuously research and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Diagnose, report, and track software defects using issue tracking tools.
- Promoting quality assurance in your team by owning the testing process and making quality an important deliverable.
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years total experience with at least 3+ yrs of automation experience involved in design and development of Test Automation scripts using Selenium/ Appium/Playwright test framework.
- 2+ years in mobile App Testing is must(manual + automation)
- Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin, Python, or JavaScript (at least one required).
- Hands-on experience with test automation (web/mobile)
- Programming knowledge in Java, TypeScript, or similar (for automation)
- Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- (Work from Office - Night shift - 5:30PM - 1:30AM IST)
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech or Equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.
