The Software Engineer will develop and maintain service-oriented architecture platforms, write reusable code, support testing, and troubleshoot applications across environments.

The Software Engineer plays a key role within each phase of the software development lifecycle. This individual will work cross-functionally with the company’s infrastructure, security, data warehouse, and other development teams to provide customer-centric solutions and build a world-class background check platform to meet the exploding growth of the company and business demand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain service-oriented architecture platforms from start to finish.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Interact with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Validate requirements.
- Support build and deployments.
- Integration and unit testing.
- Applications support / troubleshooting across environments.
Qualifications
- BE/BTECH/MS in Computer Science or equivalent education.
- 4+ years of system development experience using the following technologies:
- Java i18n
- Spring Boot Framework
- J2EE Technologies including JSP/Servlets, EJB3, JMS, JDBC, JMX
- RESTful Web Services/SOA, XML, XSL
- JAX-RS, JSON
- Tomcat, JBoss, SQL Server, Mongo DB
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Angular/React SPA Framework, NodeJS
- Familiarity with modern web application technologies & frameworks.
- Code Build and Deploy Tools such as Jenkins/Code Build.
- Solid understanding of Agile or SCRUM development process and software release processes.
- Must be a self-starter who is highly organized, hands-on, and a team player.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication.
