We are looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) SaaS/ OnPrem Specialist with strong product knowledge experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing MDM SaaS / OnPrem solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs. You will work closely with product teams, customers, and stakeholders to enhance data quality, governance, and integration across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:

MDM Implementation & Support: Deploy, configure, and optimize MDM SaaS / OnPrem solutions to meet business needs.

Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of the MDM SaaS platform, including its features, integrations, and best practices.

Customer Engagement: Act as an MDM subject matter expert (SME) for clients, providing guidance on data governance, data modeling, and data quality management.

Integration & Data Governance: Ensure seamless integration of the MDM system with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement data management best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to improve the platform and ensure successful adoption.

Troubleshooting & Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.

Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for internal teams and customers on best practices and new product features.
Key Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in MDM SaaS / OnPrem solutions (e.g., Informatica, Reltio, Profisee, Stibo Systems, TIBCO EBX, SAP MDG, etc.).

Strong understanding of MDM principles, including data modeling, data governance, and data quality frameworks.

Experience with SaaS/ OnPrem-based data platforms, including API-based integrations and cloud environments.

Proficiency in SQL, data migration, and ETL tools.

Familiarity with AI/ML-driven data quality enhancements (preferred).

Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with MDM workflow automation and orchestration tools.

Understanding of multi-domain MDM, hierarchy management, and reference data management.

Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Prior experience in SaaS / OnPrem product management, customer success, or consulting.
