ModMed is hiring a driven Marketing Specialist to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Marketing and Communications team focused on developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our marketing efforts within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!
Your Role:
- Manage the day-to-day planning and execution of our employer brand marketing efforts and supporting local events including the creation of marketing materials and social media content.
- Work with talent acquisition and hiring teams to understand our target candidate audience and create content that helps us connect with that talent.
- Manage and keep up-to-date the social media calendar and plan content for upcoming job openings, company/employee milestones, local market holidays, company events and other activations.
- Partner with the global marketing team to determine internal and external needs, driving compelling creative concepts and content.
- Create internal team member advocacy to help extend employer brand content.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics related to recruitment marketing efforts, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and candidate conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve outcomes.
Skills & Requirements:
- 7-10 years of marketing experience
- 2-3 years Marketing experience or related working with US-based companies required
- Social media program experience required
- Ability to create and deliver creative content directly as well as collaborate with internal and external creative services teams
- LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other relevant employer branding expertise.
- Previous employer branding experience
- Strong creative skills and experience - WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong photography and video editing skills
- Strong writing skills.
