Job Description Summary
This position will reside in the Property Research & Intelligence team and will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Property Research & Intelligence. This role will be supporting and managing Research activities in the day-to-day curation of property data. They may oversee regional teams and will be supporting the collection, aggregation, development and presentation
Job Description
- Create and execute processes to gather complex datasets across a variety of internal and external sources.
- May oversee team(s) in their day to day functions.
- Aggregate, validate and cleanse property data.
- Work with internal and external data providers to refine and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with IT, MarCom, Operations, and other service lines to ensure the seamless integration of unique service line data
- Assist in the training and mentoring of local researchers
- Work with national and local research leaders to develop strategies for data curation and sourcing.
- Identify design and data problems within Cushman & Wakefield’s data infrastructure and visualization tools and in third-party data sources as applicable.
- Contribute to discussions on the best technology & data structure needed to address business requests
- Champion, as applicable, the data gathering and validation of Cushman & Wakefield strategic initiatives both internal and client driven
- Participate in the development of strategies, standards and best practices in the areas of data analysis and data aggregation within Cushman & Wakefield’s big data analytical platforms
- Partner with Data Excellence team colleagues across the Globe to manage to Data Strategy
- On boarding new markets
- Local Market Data Quality
- Create, state and process large data sets for automated uploads to support data quality initiative and analytical requirements for key data KPI's
- Oversee and direct quarterly data compilation and statistical production
