Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile Release Train (ART) execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines
- Facilitate PI Planning, ART syncs, and inspect & adapt workshops
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and impediments
- Guide teams through Agile/SAFe practices, promoting continuous improvement
- Assess and interpret stakeholder needs to align ART objectives
- Solve moderately complex delivery and coordination challenges
- Translate Agile concepts into practical execution strategies
- Provide coaching and feedback to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members
- Act as a mentor and resource for less experienced Agile practitioners
- Communicate effectively with leadership on ART performance and risks

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of total experience of working in Tech industry
- 5+ years of hands-on Agile experience (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
- 3+ years as a Release Train Engineer and/or Agile Coach
- 2+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
