The Difference You Will Make:

As the Strategy and Implementation manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives by closely collaborating with stakeholders. You should be able to capture ideas , pitch and present strategic insights to translate them into actionable plans, oversee program management, and track performance through regular reviews. Your focus on strategic communications and operational excellence will shape our workflows, drive improvement initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals. By fostering collaboration and sharing best practices, you'll enable innovation and help us achieve our full potential. With your analytical mindset and execution prowess, you'll be instrumental in driving efficiency and excellence across the organisation.


A Typical day:

The Strategy and Implementation manager,  should be an expert in branding communications and storytelling as they would be required to pitch Strategic Initiative ideas and their execution details to the senior leadership within the organisation. This role will be a very high visibility job. They would manage strategic programs by establishing clear project plans, defining milestones and priorities. Ensure timely communication of status updates, manage expectations, and report any obstacles to stakeholders. They shall drive excellence in program management across our expanding teams, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency. The Strategy and Implementation manager, Manager will work closely with cross-functional leadership and partners including Finance, Legal, Partner, and EX to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of initiatives.


Your Expertise:

  1. Storytelling experience with exceptional communication.
  2. Proven experience in influencing and collaborating with executive stakeholders within a matrix organisation, demonstrating strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  3. Background in Strategy and Operations, or prior experience as a Chief of Staff for a VP or General Manager, showcasing strategic thinking and operational acumen.
  4. Track record of successfully executing complex strategic, operational, and organisational initiatives, highlighting the ability to navigate challenges and deliver results.
  5. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment with limited direction, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and sound judgment.
  6. Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively balance competing priorities and manage multiple time-constrained projects simultaneously.
  7. Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear and persuasive articulation of ideas and solutions.
  8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, providing foundational knowledge and skills.
  9. Experience in roles such as branding & communications,  strategy, operations, program management in an operations environment, demonstrating a strong background in relevant domains.

  • Professionalism: Employees must remain fully engaged, respectful, and maintain a professional presence during virtual meetings, with video participation required unless otherwise approved.

Work-related activities, including calls and meetings, must not be conducted in public places, while traveling, or in any setting that may compromise confidentiality or work quality.

How We'll Take Care of You:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.  

Pay Range

₹2,380,000₹3,400,000 INR
