The Manager, QA Engineering leads a team of software quality experts in creating automation, tools and designing test strategies. They will act as a focal point for quality delivery across a large program or site, leading various testing functions. They will plan and drive execution of test plans for multiple simultaneous development initiatives. The Manager, QA Engineering will work closely with development teams to identify and understand key features and their underlying functionality while also partnering closely with Product Management and UX Design. They may exercise influence and govern overall quality-related activities including management of support and maintenance releases, minor functional releases, and major projects. The Manager, QA Engineering will lead & provide technical guidance for process improvement programs.
