Duties and Responsibilities
Manager-IT Recruiting at TMI is responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, and for delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
These are some of the duties and requirements of a Manager -IT recruiting at TMI
• Responsible for managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower.
• Preparing, maintaining effective & efficient database for resourcing.
• Allocating work to the team and reviewing continuously on progress.
• Monitoring & training new recruits and creating independent contributors for achieving a common business goal.
• Interacting with clients and understanding the requirements and delivery schedules.
• Providing quality service support to clients and catering to their HR needs in the recruitment cycle.
• Increasing revenues and timely remittances from the clients.
Skills
• Technology knowledge – Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends at Client Company.
• Confidence – The ability to be comfortable in who one is. If you don’t know the know it, learn it and do not try to fake it. It may be off-putting to your candidate when you try to fake technical knowledge.

QualificationsVernacular Requirements:
Should be conversant in English and Hindi. Knowledge of an additional regional language will be a definite plus
Computer Skills:
Proficiency required in Power Point Presentations , Emails and worksheets
Education Specifications
Any Graduate. Engineering Degree or PG Degree will be an added advantage.
Years of relevant experience:
6+ years experience as a professional, full life cycle Recruiter specializing in Technical or IT recruiting and/or Executive Recruiting is required, preferably in a high volume recruiting team.
Salary
The annual CTC range starts at 6 lakhs per annum. Salary is negotiated based on experience and last drawn pay.
