Manager ‐ Data Analytics and Governance

We are looking for an active team player, to enable enterprise-wide visibility, accuracy, and analytical insights across the supply chain by consolidating divisional data, managing digital tools, and running advanced analytics. The role supports strategic and operational decision-making through governance of data systems, performance dashboards, and intelligence frameworks spanning procurement, logistics, sustainability, and supplier ecosystems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with all sourcing & supply chain teams (both Group sourcing & SBU) to understand all analytics requirements from the business and prepare a road map together with the Group Technology team to transform the business requirements into data models & decision support insights.
Maintain data governance frameworks and controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in supply chain reporting.
Manage and update enterprise-level material master data and spend cube, ensuring accurate categorization, pricing, and usage tracking.
Run advanced analytics to generate actionable insights for cost optimization, sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and market dynamics.
Conduct market intelligence analytics, tracking key input indices such as global yarn prices, freight costs, and commodity trends for sourcing teams.
Consolidate and benchmark Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across divisions, enabling enterprise-level comparison and reporting (Supplier Scorecards and Procurement KPIs).
Support design and automation of performance dashboards to improve visibility on cost, lead time, sustainability, and logistics metrics.
Consolidate and validate divisional data inputs for enterprise supply chain reporting, ensuring alignment with corporate data definitions.
Partner with category, procurement, and logistics teams to translate business requirements into data models and decision-support insights.
Provide analytical support for strategic projects, such as category strategy reviews, supplier rationalization, and cost-to-serve analysis.
Track and report on enterprise-level supply chain performance, highlighting risks, variances, and improvement opportunities.
Generate regular reports and insights on spend, supplier performance, and material price movements to support strategic sourcing and procurement planning.
Collaborate with IT and Digital teams to maintain analytical systems, support upgrades, and ensure user adoption across functions.
Conduct ad-hoc data analyses (cost trends, supplier reliability and regional sourcing mix) to inform enterprise decision-making.
Monitor market data (commodity indices and trade trends) to assist in developing category-level market intelligence.
Ensure strict compliance with data governance protocols and enterprise data quality standards.
Ensure that data governance frameworks and controls in place are adhered, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in supply chain reporting.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Data Analytics, Engineering or Business Administration.
6+ years’ experience in analytics, reporting, or data management within supply chain or manufacturing organizations.
Working knowledge in ERP systems (SAP and Oracle) and Power BI tools preferred.
Exposure to large-scale data consolidation and performance benchmarking.
