Manager, Azure Integration Services
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Azure Integration Services to lead our integration team in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based integration solutions using Microsoft Azure. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Azure-based integration solutions for enterprise clients.
- Manage a team of integration developers and architects, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, application development, and infrastructure.
- Define and enforce best practices for integration patterns, security, scalability, and performance.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Stay current with Azure platform updates and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to solution design, proposals, and client presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in integration services, with at least 3 years focused on Azure Integration Services.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure API Management
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure Functions
- Event Grid / Event Hub
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in Azure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer Associate).
- Experience with hybrid integration scenarios involving on-premises systems.
- Knowledge of other integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica) is a plus.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
