We're looking for a skilled QA Engineer who:- Has a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with both manual and automated testing.
- Is proficient in writing and executing test cases, debugging, and identifying performance bottlenecks.
- Has hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or other automation tools.
- Understands API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Is comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Has experience with performance and security testing (a plus).
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing for Lucio’s AI-driven legal solutions.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Continuously improve testing strategies and automate repetitive testing tasks.
- You have 2+ years of experience in software testing and QA.
- You have worked with both manual and automated testing frameworks.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment and proactively improve QA processes.
- You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering bug-free software.
