What You’ll Do
- Proficient in various frontier models by Google (Gemini and / or PalM2)
- Comfortable with Python/TypeScript to build various use cases and models
- Desired knowledge of Google Contact Center AI Platform and Dialogflow
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Who you are
- A minimum of 7 to 8 years of proven professional experience is required.
- Hands on Experience with various design patterns with LLMs, e.g., Zero-shot prompting, Fine-tuning, RAG using Embeddings/other data systems
- Experience with Lang Chain framework.
- Hands on experience of Google VertexAI Workbench, GKE, Google Dataflow, Google Cloud Composer, Big Query and Vector Store.
Education
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
