Manage and optimize legal operations workflows, monitor CLM and intake systems, identify process bottlenecks, design automation solutions, establish performance metrics, partner with tech teams, implement governance and change management to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a Legal Operations professional with 3–6+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Operations, or Project Management. The ideal candidate should have expertise in process optimization, workflow automation, and legal technology platforms (such as Ironclad, Salesforce, or other CLM tools), along with strong experience in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, performance monitoring, and driving process improvements through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support core Legal Operations workflows, ensuring efficient and consistent execution across the enterprise.
- Monitor system performance and workflow health (e.g., Contract Lifecycle Management, intake tools, and approval processes).
- Analyze existing legal processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks.
- Design and implement streamlined, scalable solutions using automation and technology.
- Establish metrics and monitoring frameworks to ensure sustained performance and user adoption.
- Partner with technology teams to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure solutions are user-centric and aligned with business needs.
- Implement best practices for legal operations, including documentation, standardization, and governance.
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively recommend improvements.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–6+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
- Experience with automation tools and workflow platforms such as Ironclad, Salesforce, or similar CLM solutions.
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and interpreting performance metrics.
