- Lead and develop high-quality software applications.
- Define and document software architecture, including system components, interfaces, and data flows.
- Guide development teams in implementing software solutions.
- Review code and design to ensure alignment with architectural vision.
- Mentor and coach developers on best practices and design patterns.
- Work with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience

- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks such as: Java, Python, React JS, Spring, Kafka, Elastic Search, Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure Provisioning Tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation etc.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus
