Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable full-stack applications across web, API, cloud, and data platforms
- Build secure, reliable, and reusable software components that deliver business value and superior user experiences
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and cloud-native solutions
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end technology solutions
- Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution implementation while promoting engineering best practices
- Drive application performance, scalability, security, observability, and operational excellence
- Mentor engineers, contribute to technical roadmaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and execution

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with modern web and cloud technologies
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and cloud-native application development
- Solid proficiency in Go, Python
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and secure coding standards
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, solve complex technical problems, and influence technical decisions
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in healthcare technology, AI/ML solutions, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
