You Will Be
An effective communicator, adept at collaborating with colleagues and customers at all levels to translate their needs and problem statements into automated, technology-driven solutions.
Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated, able to deliver engineering solutions independently, demonstrating strong time management and the ability to produce results under pressure.
Experienced in engineering automated workflows and processes with the ability to extract data and quickly build and deploy automated data solutions using new technologies and major systems such as Oracle and ServiceNow to deliver actionable outcomes.
Familiar with agile methodologies and data governance principles.
Passionate about data infrastructure, engineering development and process automation, with a technology-first, problem-solving approach.
Key Responsibilities
Engineer and deliver advanced automation and data solutions, utilising analytics and visualisation tools to support decision-making.
Find opportunities and develop solutions addressing their requirements and challenges.
Develop and implement automated workflows, processes, and reporting solutions that integrate data from key platforms
Collaborate effectively across various teams to ensure the delivery of engineering solutions and tangible benefits.
Maintain data integrity and accuracy in all automated systems, upholding high standards of quality and compliance.
Prepare and engineer data for AI agents, advanced analytics, and Generative BI, committing to operating within the Group’s Data governance framework and operating model as both a consumer and producer of data
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through engineering and automation.
Essential Skills & Experience
Ability to interpret business needs and gaps and provide engineered technical solutions that automate and evolve processes.
Experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. PowerApps, Power Automate, CoPilot Studio).
Demonstrable experience sourcing and integrating data from enterprise systems, such as Oracle and ServiceNow, into automated solutions.
Experience in engineering modelling techniques and automation solutions.
Proven track record in delivering complex analytics and process automation.
Growing understanding of future AI tooling such as Agentic AI and Generative BI, with a focus on automation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
