Job Description

• Over 15+ years of experience in managing large System Integration programs for Telecommunications Service providers & Enterprise customers.
• Experience in System Integration experience in delivering large complex programs  involving Smart Operations & Enterprise Solutions ( OSS, PNI, LNI, Service Fulfillment & Assurance)
• Good Knowledge on next generation telecommunication networks like FTTx, Mobile & cable T, NFV/SDN, IOT etc.
• Involved in implementing Solution on PNI, LNI and integrations with Network Monitoring Systems (NMS) and Operation Support System (OSS).
• Successfully delivered $5M plus telecom project, on-time/on-budget by leading cross-functional team utilizing project management best practices
• Experience in deliverying complex solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance. 
• Managed multiple projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced environment and ensured that all projects were delivered on-time and within budget.
• Experience in managing the projects by following agile project management methodology.
• Manage development team in developing solutions without any delays and good quality with overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
• Work with the Business Analysts to develop high level schedule, resource plans for solution development projects.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to document in high quality.
• Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritise and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Results oriented with ability to deliver projects that deliver organisational benefit.
• Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude.
• Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Ability to develop solution architecture designs
• A minimum of five years in managing large teams of size 50 plus.
