What You'll Bring:
We are looking for a QA Junior to join our team.

Experience 0 to 2 years of experience in a Software Quality Assurance Engineering role.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or currently studying.

Basic knowledge of English (Speaking, writing, and reading)

Excellent oral and written communication skills

ISTQB Foundation Level Certification

This is a remote position for candidates in Costa Rica, which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in testing web software applications and should have good knowledge of the following:
-
Agile testing methodologies such as Scrum.
-
Jira and Confluence for project management.
-
Black box testing techniques for testing software applications.
-
Exploratory testing to identify defects.
-
Defect reporting to track and manage issues.
-
Knowledge with OOP (Object Oriented Programming).
Impact You'll Make:
The QA Junior will be responsible for ensuring that our software applications are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our clients. Ideally, the candidate should be familiar with the following technologies:

Selenium WebDriver for automation testing.
-
Cucumber for behavior-driven development.
-
Java programming language.
-
GIT for version control.
-
SQL for database management.
Additionally, the following skills and knowledge are well-valued:

Google Cloud and GCP project for cloud computing.

API testing using Postman.
